About me and my practice

Hello and welcome.
Im Gabia trauma-informed integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and BWRT practitioner offering both online and face-to-face sessions.

I understand that choosing a counsellor can feel overwhelming, especially when life is already difficult. If you're feeling helpless, hopeless, or disconnected from lifestruggling with relationships, experiencing anxiety, stress, or symptoms of post-traumatic stressor simply stuck and unsure of where to turn, youre not alone. Life can feel messy and uncertain, but no matter how big or small your concern may seem, we can work together to help you find more stability and clarity.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs. I believe every persons journey is different, so I tailor therapy to suit you. With a trauma-informed perspective, I work with sensitivity and awareness of the specific challenges that can arise from past or ongoing traumaalways aiming to create a safe, supportive space where meaningful healing can begin.
